Created with you in mind.
The Whole at Rest program is my offering to the chronically whole women of the world living with chronic pain or illness. It is a place to show up, be seen and realize the value of your voice. It is in the still, quiet moments of a restorative yoga practice or body based meditation where you can finally hear your own voice.
I began teaching yoga in 2010. Since then, my practice has evolved from a strong, athletic-style vinyasa to mostly restorative and gentle practices. My mat has been my safe haven–a place where I can go to tune out all the needs, wants, feelings, and shoulds of the world to connect with and hear the One who created me whole.
After experiencing burnout for the umpteenth time, I finally realized that it was a cycle. Once I realized my cycle of burnout, I began noticing it in other women who were homeschool and/or stay-at-home moms. I realized that the only way to break a cycle was to start a new one. So I started with rest.
Whole at Rest takes a rest-first philosophy. Here, you can expect to find:
- Relational wellness coaching & courses
- Restorative yoga private tutoring and classes
- Gentle, therapeutic yoga private tutoring and classes
- Body-based meditations
More than anything you will find that I’m going to constantly point you back to our Creator and remind you that “You are already whole.”
Break the burnout cycle for moms, especially homeschooling moms, with restorative yoga and wellness.
Hey you! I’m glad you’re here. The Whole at Rest program is a safe & and sacred space for you to break the burnout cycle for moms, especially homeschooling moms, through so that you can uncover and recover your unique wholeness. Living through burnout can be painful enough for your emotional health, but add to that the physical and relational consequences and you have a recipe for disaster.
When this happens over and over again, you can begin to feel that you are broken. You are in pain, beyond exhausted and tired of being tired. You are no longer willing to put on the “I’m fine” face and push through. You finally realize that you must meet your needs just like you meet everyone else’s.
BREAK THE BURNOUT CYCLE FOR GOOD.
I combine over a decade of teaching yoga and wellness along with a rest-first philosophy to help you recover from mom burnout and move forward with the tools and techniques you need to live, breathe, and relate from wholeness.
